2024 WNBA Mock Draft Big Board

The 2023 WNBA Draft will officially take place on Monday, but looking ahead to a loaded 2024 class should excite college basketball fans around the nation.

While there are some stars in Monday’s iteration, including South Carolina teammates Aliyah Boston, Brea Beal, Laeticia Amihere and Zia Cooke, the stars of the 2024 WNBA Draft came to play throughout the last month’s Women’s NCAA Tournament.

As their stats ballooned and their trophy cases grew, so did their On3 NIL Valuations. The On3 NIL Valuation, which is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV), provides some fascinating insight into another key statistic involving the 2024 class.

Here’s On3’s 2024 WNBA Draft Big Board, featuring freshly-minted stars like Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese. It’s going to be a fun journey over the next year or so.

On3’s 2024 WNBA Mock Draft Big Board:

1) Caitlin Clark, G, Iowa Hawkeyes

2022-2023 Stats: 27.8 points, 7.1 rebounds, 8.6 assists per game

On3 NIL Valuation: $739K

Perhaps no player raised their rate more than Clark over the 2023 NCAA Tournament. The star of the Hawkeyes drew comparisons to NBA star Stephen Curry over Iowa’s run, and there’s no doubt some more ridiculous three-pointers will be falling for her next season.

2) Paige Bueckers, G, Connecticut Huskies

2022-2023 Stats: 14.6 points, 4.0 rebounds, 3.9 assists per game

On3 NIL Valuation: $756K

While Bueckers missed out on all the fun of the 2023 NCAA Tournament due to an ACL injury she suffered early on in the season, she’ll be back with a vengeance next season, looking to regain her crown as the top player in all the sport.

3) Angel Reese, F, LSU Tigers

2022-2023 Stats: 23.0 points, 15.4 rebounds, 2.3 assists per game

On3 NIL Valuation: $876K

No matter how many times Reese does the You Can’t See Me gesture, all eyes will be on her. After delivering LSU a national title, it’ll be fascinating to see what the Tigers star has for an encore next season.

4) Hailey Van Lith, G, TBA

2022-2023 Stats: 19.7 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.2 assists per game

On3 NIL Valuation: $511K

While Van Lith played her heart out for the Louisville Cardinals over the 2022-2023 season, she’ll be looking for a new squad after entering the NCAA Transfer Portal. Whichever school lands her will be getting a star in the making, and a huge boost to their offense.

5) Cameron Brink, F, Stanford Cardinal

2022-2023 Stats: 15.1 points, 9.6 rebounds, 1.8 assists per game

On3 NIL Valuation: $190K

After almost averaging a double-double last season, Brink rounds out the top five on the big board. Perhaps she’ll be able to crack the top four with another great season come time, but either way she’s set up for future success.

6) Aaliyah Edwards, F, Connecticut Huskies

2022-2023 Stats: 16.6 points, 9.0 rebounds, 2.4 assists per game

On3 NIL Valuation: N/A

The leader of the legendary Connecticut Huskies, Edwards was the one Geno Auriemma looked towards time and time again. However, championships are the standard for their program, so the star forward will look to get the Huskies back to the promise land next season.

7) Deja Kelly, G, North Carolina Tar Heels

2022-2023 Stats: 16.5 points, 3.9 rebounds, 3.2 assists per game

On3 NIL Valuation: $227K

While Kelly’s Tar Heels fell to the Ohio State Buckeyes in heartbreaking fashion in the 2023 NCAA Tournament, she put up 22 points in the loss. Nevertheless, that doesn’t make it sting any less, and she’ll be looking for revenge on every team she suits up against next season.

8) Ayoka Lee, C, Kansas State Wildcats

2022-2023 Stats: 22.0 points, 10.3 rebounds, 0.7 assists per game

On3 NIL Valuation: $17.8K

A devastating loss to the NC State Wolfpack by 30 points ended Lee’s Kansas State squad’s season on a damper, but the center will be back and ready to rock for another go-round. The Wildcats have an impressive squad, and could make some noise in the Big 12, similar to their men’s team in the 2023 NCAA Tournament.

9) Mir McLean, G, Virginia Cavaliers

2022-2023 Stats: 12.2 points, 9.6 rebounds, 1.5 assists per game

On3 NIL Valuation: N/A

After joining Virginia following two seasons with Connecticut, McLean has continued to struggled with injuries. Still, she’s been a force when she’s been on the court, and the Cavaliers will hope she’s healthy enough to bring them to the promise land over the 2023-2024 season.

10) Sarah Andrews, G, Baylor Bears

2022-2023 Stats: 14.7 points, 3.4 rebounds, 4.3 assists per game

On3 NIL Valuation: N/A

After a phenomenal season, Andrews and the Bears ran into a buzzsaw in the Connecticut Huskies in the NCAA Tournament, where she was held to just five points in a loss. That’ll be on her mind as she revs up for another campaign, looking to prove she’s one of the top players in the country.
